Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position. Competitive compensation package includes:

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
• Salary Range with juris doctorate and employment law experience: $80,000 – $108,000
• Up to four weeks of paid time off (PTO)
• Ten paid holidays

• Simple IRA with up to 3% employer match

HR Director

Sales and Office Assistant

FJS Distributors, based in Duluth, MN, is recruiting a full-time Sales and Office Assistant.

This role works onsite at the Duluth, MN office and requires exceptional communication skills to generate and organize appliance sales made via phone, e-commerce and Amazon.

Primary duties include:

• writing orders,
• contacting customers,
• contacting vendors,
• effectively communicating sales policies,
• coordinating shipping instructions to the customer,
• appliance parts sales and keeping stock of the regular purchased parts,
• generating reports in Excel and other platforms (NetSuite).

Hourly pay starting at $22 (DOE) and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), and 401(k) match.
